Ashleigh Metcs is a Calgary-based creative with an interest in using systems-thinking and human-centred design to solve social, environmental and strategic challenges. Ashleigh values innovation and continuous learning. She’s always looking for opportunities to further her abilities so that she can continue to deliver effective, well-designed experiences. Ashleigh has helped teams across sectors apply human-centred design principles to successfully develop and execute stakeholder engagements. Over the course of her degree, she has worked with various organizations including the Alberta Physician Learning Program (PLP), RBC Capital Markets and MRU’s Institute for Community Prosperity (ICP).
In addition to her information design degree, Ashleigh will be graduating with a double-minor in finance and economics. She also holds a journalism diploma with a major in print and online journalism from SAIT Polytechnic.
