COVID-19 Update: Event Postponed Until Further Notice.
Articulate is an opportunity for senior-level MRU information design students to celebrate the work they’ve completed over the course of their degree. It’s a chance to engage in conversations about the importance of making information clear, concise and engaging—a chance to articulate the value of information design in everything we do.
As information designers, we see problems from all angles to fully understand challenges and articulate solutions. During our time at Mount Royal University, we’ve explored new perspectives, delved into new experiences and seized new opportunities. In doing so, we’ve successfully honed our processes and discovered our unique styles.
We use human-centric processes to deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audience. Our discipline is diverse and is comprised of many different fields. Over the span of four years, we’ve refined our design capabilities by studying a variety of subjects such as user experience (UX) design, information architecture, data visualization, instructional design, systems thinking and human-centred design—to name a few. We’ve also worked with real clients to solve real problems within our community.
