A brochure created for the Canadian Bison Association. This project has a bit of a different spin then traditional meat charts, as it guides readers through different cuts of meat available, the grading system of the meat, as well as the tenderness of each cut. The integration of colour coding indicates to the audience where the cut is located on the animal, as well as the cut's tenderness. Sharp tables guide the reader through the different grades given to the meat. A very visual guide of the meat cuts allows the audience to know exactly what they are buying.
