How do you sell a multi-faceted experience to a diverse audience? Through visual storytelling and organic content creation, Heritage Park’s many cultural, historical and culinary experiences were promoted on their five social media channels. This project was undertaken by first gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization’s mission and target audiences, and then by tapping into the park’s resources to create quality, personable content. The posts developed saw a 50%-90% increase in engagement, and over 1,000 combined followers were gained between all channels.
