The goal of this project was to develop an instructional design solution for West Jet to help smooth out the onboarding process for new instructional design hires. I worked in a team to develop the concept of instructional design workshops new hires would attend in order to ensure that their new hires have the same base level knowledge when starting at West Jet. The workshops were based off of the broad topics of information architecture, facilitation, and learning theories. Each workshop also included an activity and test so they would be able to quantify the success of a new hire’s completion of the workshop.
